We will provide a positive client experience to the mutual client, then hand the client back as a satisfied customer to the larger firm ? a win-win result for all. We have also developed a niche practice advising many trial law firms with regard to consulting and lift stay services in bankruptcy cases that impact current or future litigation claims.

Finally, we are actively involved in multiple wind down matters of previous debtors in chapter 11 cases. We can serve as counsel to the liquidating trustee or serve as the liquidating trustee or plan administrator in a cost effective manner. We have developed sophisticated and vast knowledge of wind down proceedings and are able to anticipate many issues that arise in these projects to ensure a smooth wind down of the corporate entities and timely distribution of the remaining assets to the creditors.
