About Utrecht & Lenvin, LLP
Utrecht & Lenvin, LLP was formed in March 2012 by founding partners Paul F. Utrecht and Nancy C. Lenvin to provide clients with extraordinary legal representation in all real estate related matters. Mr. Utrecht has been practicing in California for more than 30 years and focuses on real estate litigation and appellate practice. Ms. Lenvin has counseled clients in the Bay Area for more than 40 years and concentrates on all phases of real estate transactions, including liability avoidance. Ron Schivo joined the firm shortly after its formation and has tried numerous cases in the Bay Area for more than 20 years.
Jack Wholey joined the firm as "of counsel" in 2014 and brought more than 30 years of experience in subdivision practice including development projects; community association documentation, and administrative approvals.
In his fifth year of practice, Patrick Connolly joined the firm in February 2013 as a real estate transactional and litigation attorney.
