Our goal is to work diligently to ensure each of our clients secures marketable title and to prevent disputes surrounding defective title before drilling occurs. In addition to high quality title examination, we are dedicated to ensuring the needs of our clients are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

We also draft title curative instruments, research title complexities and perform many transactional and administrative tasks associated with the oil and gas industry as well as non-title related oil and gas services for our clients. The services include, but are not limited to, oil and gas litigation, receiverships, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory work.

Since its founding, our firm has extended services to lands throughout Texas. In 2009, we expanded our services to include oil and gas law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Throughout 2012 and 2013, our services were extended to include oil and gas law in Colorado and we now include Oklahoma, New Mexico and Wyoming in our practice areas.
