Irina is a 1999 graduate of New York Law School, and has been practicing law for over 20 years. After working for premier plaintiff and defense litigation firms as a trial attorney in NYC, she started her own law firm, Law Offices of Irina Roller, PLLC in 2004.

Irina has dedicated her law practice to helping families obtain either appropriate public educational programs and services, or private school funding for their children. She believes that every child can learn and flourish in the right learning environment, and with appropriate support. Irina and her staff work to ensure that children obtain the services and education they need, deserve and are entitled to by law.


Irina has successfully litigated against the Department of Education, obtaining needed educational programs, services and tuition funding for her clients. She is a passionate advocate for children's rights and works aggressively to ensure that her clients' rights are enforced.

Irina is fluent in Russian. She has been a philanthropist for over 16 years. She is on the Board of Directors of the UJA-Federation of New York, and also serves on several boards including the Autism Task Force as well as the Russian Leadership Division.?
