Since then, it has been largely dedicated to corporate law with the mission of providing legal support to companies and their commercial businesses. Here, we develop both preventive action, of a normative and advisory nature, in the planning, execution and formalization of clients' businesses, as well as meeting legal demands. The provision of legal services always combines strategic business vision with the dynamics of legislation. Peregrino Neto Advogados' clientele is made up of business groups and investors from Brazil and abroad. We are specially structured to serve businesses involving Mercosur and we have correspondents in Brasilia, S?o Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, New York, Miami, Geneva, Buenos Aires and Montevideo. In addition, we maintain agreements with international entities that offer fiduciary, commercial, banking and financial services. The firm consists of 22 lawyers, including partners and associates. We also have a trained staff for administrative support, interns, paralegals and employees.
