Environmental law is a relatively new branch of law, but of rapid development. In Chile it is becoming increasingly important from the implementation of international, new internal regulations and general principles consolidation agreements. Currently, the practice of environmental law is not reduced to the strict application of laws and regulations of an environmental nature but necessarily integrates various fields related to the regulation of economic activities. An open field with multiple projections, sometimes unexplored and presents a number of challenges.
