The law firm Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners was established in 1989 by two partners with an aim to provide clients, active in various industry sectors, with unique and comprehensive legal solutions, based on a shared set of values, extensive knowledge, long-standing experience and consideration for clients' needs.

Since its very beginning, the firm has been one of the largest and leading law firms in Slovenia, both in terms of numbers as well as in the high proficiency of its lawyers, specialising in corporate and commercial law. We are proud to say that our company employs more than 40 experts.

We offer high standard legal services solely to legal entities, including but not limited to banks and financial institutions, national and local authorities, national and multinational companies, with the latter often being involved in many cross-border projects and transactions in multinational jurisdictions.

In 2014, based on the shared vision to offer high quality, fast and effective legal advice with good value for our clients' money at a "one stop shop", Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners became a member of the regional Top-tier Legal Adriatic (TLA) alliance together with five other leading law firms from former Yugoslavian countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro and Macedonia). TLA connects the knowledge of more than 110 top lawyers who speak 13 languages, practice in 26 different legal areas and have the capacity to be involved in various multijurisdictional projects.
