Ms. Ivy has extensive knowledge in the alcoholic beverage industry and the complex issues that are unique to Texas. In addition to handling all aspects of the preparation of alcoholic beverage applications, Ms. Ivy works closely with management in order to ensure compliance with the alcoholic beverage code through careful analysis and explanation of procedures and practices of the service and sale of alcohol, maintenance of licenses and permits and effective resolution of any violations.
