We handle all aspects of design protection in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

We conduct intellectual property litigation and other contentious intellectual property matters in the High Court of England and Wales, the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, the UK Intellectual Property Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office, plus their respective appeal courts. In due course we will handle such matters in the Unified Patent Court.
