Pros: 5.0 Current EmployeeA great place to work!Paralegal ProsPros: Jadeja- Cimone give their employees the opportunity to learn and grow within the law profession.ConsCons: unfortunately we lose employees who make the decision to go to law school full time after they witness the difference they can make in client's lives as an immigration attorney.Advice to ManagementI've been working at Jadeja Cimone several years. My experience has been completely different from the negative reviews below. The work environment there is great, bosses and colleagues, are friendly and respectful. Jadeja-Cimone always give their employees the opportunity to grow from within the company. They compensate their employees with bonuses, raises, and multiple outings each year.
