We also represent fiduciaries in connection with claims involving their management and administration of assets entrusted to them, fiduciaries caught between the conflicting claims of competing groups of beneficiaries, and fiduciaries responding to claims asserted by third parties.

We represent parties in good faith contests of the validity of wills and trust instruments, as well as the defense of such challenges.
