In 1995, after having occupied key positions in the Mexican delegation that negotiated the North American Free Trade Agreement and after having contributed to leading other relevant international trade and investment treaties to a fitting conclusion, a group of economists and attorneys decided to leave the public sector . They merged their member?s experience and talent and create a firm with an innovative concept in Mexico: legal, economic and financial consulting services with an inter-disciplinary approach.
