The firm has advised the World Bank group regarding the legal framework affecting the design and implementation of the government of the Republic of Ghana's privatization and the private sector development Programmes. We also provide advice on commercial agreements concerning agency, distribution, licensing, equipment leasing as well as on trading and other aspects of commercial and financial law.
