AFC was founded in 2002 by partners Diego Salto and Rafael Luna, tax law specialists who had previously worked at the so-called "Big Four." AFC started as a boutique firm specialized in providing fast and customized solutions to companies that require specialized tax services; however, over the years and due to client's need for a comprehensive service, the accounting and legal practices were added.

AFC's team is multidisciplinary and composed of over 30 professionals in areas such as law, finance, and accounting. AFC is specialized in providing corporate services of a tax, legal, and accounting nature, particularly, consulting, tax planning, preventive diagnosis, tax litigation, accounting, payroll processing, advice to companies under the Free Trade Zone Regime, corporate matters, alternate conflict resolution, notarial services, real estate, and administrative law.
