Nathan has an active real estate closing practice and has overseen over 4,000 real estate transactions, including residential, commercial, new construction, land development, land acquisitions and out-sales, trustee sales, foreclosures, execution sales, refinances, construction loans, conservation transactions, and others. While Nathan has a background in many tough-fought real estate lawsuits, his practice now focuses on real estate transactions.
Nathan currently sits on the Government Affairs Committee of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. As a Committee member, he works on legislative, regulatory and political issues affecting the real estate industry at both the local and state level.
He is also licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission as a real estate broker and real estate instructor. He is an instructor at the J.Y. Monk School of Real Estate and enjoys teaching pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education courses to real estate professionals across North Carolina.
Nathan is also a 2017 graduate of the Triangle REALTORS? Leadership Academy.
