Fraser, Housty & Yearwood, Attorneys-at-Law, (FHYLaw), formerly Fraser & Housty, Attorneys-at-Law, was established in 2004 out of desire of its founders Stephen Fraser and Teni Housty to provide the widest range of legal services to potential clients. Both Fraser and Housty were vastly experienced Attorneys at the time of founding and their combined experience and resources created the platform for the firm's aggressive development as a service provider. The firm has consolidated its position in the legal landscape in Guyana has expanded into the wider Caribbean Region. In October 2008, the partnership was strengthened by the addition of Mr. Marcel Bobb, a newly admitted attorney as an Associate. Marcel Bobb has since become recognised as one of the most accomplished young Attorneys at the Guyana Bar. January 2010 was welcomed by the firm with the inclusion of D. Roger Yearwood as partner. Though Yearwood has served both the civil and criminal bars, he distinguished himself as a criminal lawyer extraordinaire.
