Jamie Heiberger-Harrison, managing partner & founder of H&A Attorneys at Law, established her firm in 1996 with the understanding that exceptional real estate litigation and representation requires comprehensive legal knowledge, extensive client focus and meticulous attention to detail at fair and competitive prices. That philosophy continues to drive our mission 24 years later.

We are a full-service Real Estate law firm with both a Landlord/Tenant Division and a Closing Practice handling both residential and commercial matters in all five boroughs, as well as Westchester and Long Island. Our Landlord & Tenant practice is managed by partners Robert Ehrlich and Lawrence McCourt, who have been with us for over 23 years, and the Closing Division, spearheaded by partner Frank Coffey since the 2004.

As part of the day to day our team drafts both Commercial and Residential leases, handles Estate Sales and related Surrogate filings and issues including probating Wills. We also handle all matters at the DHCR, DOB, HPD as well as real estate related Civil and Supreme Court matters, The firm currently employs twelve full-time lawyers and has a full support team most of whom have been with the company for over a decade.

Jamie leads her team by example, making herself available around the clock to ensure all legal issues are on track, and she has a deep roster of contacts in all areas real estate and housing vendors, all of whom are available to our clients.
