Shearman & Sterling is a global law firm that has been in business for over 150 years. From the reviews of those who have worked at the firm, it appears to have a mostly positive atmosphere, with employees feeling valued and treated fairly by the non-leadership and non-C-suite staff. The newly renovated office is well-appointed and offers a range of amenities, such as a free coffee shop, high-tech cafeteria and conference center. The salary and benefits offered are also competitive.

However, it is not all positive. Reviews suggest that the Leadership and C-Suite team are not as supportive of their staff, with employees feeling underappreciated and undervalued. There is also a toxic atmosphere at the top, with a sweep everything under the rug mentality. The insurance premiums are also high, and staff are expected to work outside of regular business hours.
