Yavor Kambourov founds Kambourov & Partners ? a litigation-focused law firm.
1989-1996
Transformation to democracy and market economy

The law firm steadily grows and develops against the backdrop of tumultuous political and market changes, acquiring invaluable insight.
1996-1997
First Private Bank Insolvency

The first and still the largest bank insolvency in Bulgaria takes place. Yavor Kambourov acts as trustee and definitively puts KP's name on the map.
1998-2004
Privatization and growth

KP represents the State or prospective buyers of key state enterprises including the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company, Bulgartabac Holding, the National Movie Centre, electricity distribution companies and more. The firm undergoes dynamic development in corporate, energy, real estate, IP, TMT and more.

Key Projects in Bulgarian Economy
