The Firm represents clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in virtually all areas of that agency?s regulatory jurisdiction, as well as before the Department of Energy and other federal agencies. Firm members have briefed and argued appellate cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Fifth Circuit, and have participated in cases before several other U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. The Firm also handles contractual and other commercial aspects of the energy business. Together, the Firm?s attorneys have over 140 years of energy law experience.
