Zachary Kelman and Daniel Kelman formed Kelman PLLC in 2017, combing their unique expertise in AML/CFT Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, International Corporate Law within the traditional finance and FinTech industry. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel focused on securities law and Zachary specialized in financial compliance and regulatory law. Daniel worked with some of the top cryptocurrency firms and products including the VeChain Foundation, crafting their ICO strategy, while Zachary explored the emerging regulatory landscape working as a Blockchain Expert at Medici group, and developing compliance programs for Bitt Inc., and Coins.ph.
They found that their individual fields complemented each other?s in surprising, and what turned out to be amazing, ways. Technology was changing finance and vice versa. This made them eager to cultivate their own practice, one that would effectively intersect their expertise with their respective interests. They believe that what wins a case and what makes an organization thrive is the passion that drives it.
