The Law Offices of Gregory P. DiLeo, APLC, has represented Louisiana clients for a wide range of legal matters since 1980. For more than three decades, we have worked with personal injury and litigation cases. In 2005, as a result of Hurricane Katrina, we found it necessary to serve the community by focusing on hurricane-related property damage and wrongful death claims, as well as class action/mass torts. Through our dogged determination in pursuing new types of claims and novel personal injury strategies, our firm was instrumental in changing the laws of the state and helped develop new areas of recovery for accident and hurricane victims.

We have litigated in city, parish, state and federal district and appellate courts, as well as before the Louisiana Supreme Court and the United States 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
