Multiple options for healthcare. That's really about it.ConsBusiness is poorly managed. Paychecks are routinely shorted and wrong. Members of management contradict each other regularly. Too much inside turmoil. Too many segregated departments who want to all do things their own way. Too many partners, business is too top heavy and no money gets put back into the business. You will never get a thank you, no matter how hard you work or how late you stay. You will just get complaints about overtime or they will try to stiff you overtime. Ownership is routinely in the newspaper for shady dealings. Just stay away, don't even use this place as a stop gap.Advice to ManagementThere is nothing you can say to help these people, they wouldn't listen anyway... they are smarter than everyone.
