Joshua D. Schein is the founder of Schein Law Group. Josh started Schein Law Group to provide exceptional legal services to businesses and individuals with streamlined costs and outstanding results.

Josh is a Los Angeles native with extensive experience in employment litigation and complex business litigation. Josh also has more than a decade of experience representing employees and individuals who have been wronged by companies and has fought hard to protect employee rights. Josh has represented a wide range of clients from large corporate entities and high net worth individuals, to small business owners, individuals, and workers.

Josh began his career with the New York office of Latham & Watkins and honed his skills at several medium- and boutique-sized firms in Los Angeles. Josh has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the New York Bar Association. Josh has twice been a speaker for the Los Angeles Paralegal Association, and was the closing speaker for the 2015 LAPA annual conference, and has also given Certified Legal Education lectures in employment law, social media law, and legal ethics.
