Teela S. Patmon is Patmon Law Firm LLC's COO and she evaluates the medical aspects of the injury cases. She holds a degree in Biology, and coordinates the firm's use of additional medical experts, and consultants that perform case evaluations.

Alexandria S. Patmon is a volunteer legal assistant who graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Asian Studies with a focus on Korean. She plans to attend law school and use her language skills in both Korean and Mandarin Chinese to practice international law.

Growing up in a working class neighborhood, Mr. Patmon learned the value of hard work, faith, and having compassion for others. He learned that perseverance in spite of hardship can, and will pay off. Despite his humble beginnings, he became a lawyer who has tackled cases involving Wall Street Firms, well known hospital systems, and The World Bank itself. He is a former two-time federal judicial law clerk to U.S District Judge James L. Graham, U.S District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, former panel member for committee to reappoint U.S magistrate judges, and a graduate of Leadership Columbus. He is also a Commissioner of the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Former Chairman of an Ohio Supreme Court Commission, winner of Business First's Forty Under 40 award, and a host of other awards and recognitions. Akin to the story of David and Goliath, Patmon knows that victory comes from thinking outside the box. Just as David's slingshot, his faith and perseverance to do what was right brought him victory, Patmon believes that winning in today's legal environment demands thinking outside of the box, faith and perseverance against the odds.
