Our firm was founded in 1983. Many of our attorneys (including all three partners) have backgrounds at large law firms. By leaving behind the big-firm model, we can now focus on providing quality services without billing clients for the costs of training brand-new lawyers or maintaining a large organization.

We began as a general commercial litigation firm, but quickly discovered certain practice areas where there was a particular need for experienced, detail-oriented attorneys accustomed to representing sophisticated business and government clients.

We have developed a strong reputation for our work in the areas of construction, real estate, state and local government contracts, and litigation and arbitration. In addition, we have been called upon to represent clients in a wide variety of other commercial contexts.
