In 2004, Mark Foley, Fred Portman and Chris Flint formed Portman, Foley & Flint LLP and left Cloppert, Portman, Sauter, Latanick & Foley. In addition, to more than 88 years of legal experience, they also brought with them a highly experienced staff with combined experience of more than 45 years working with Mark, Fred and Chris.
