Loeb Block & Partners is an international corporate boutique firm. The Firm was founded in the late 1930's by Ren? Loeb, who brought with him from Strasbourg, France extensive experience in the private banking business. Mr. Loeb, later joined by Charles J. Block and Leonard Wacksman, built a practice representing European clients who left Europe for Latin America and Asia prior to World War II.
Today the Firm has grown to a highly experienced team of lawyers representing a diverse group of clients worldwide. The Firm has leading practices in the following areas: corporate, international business, trusts and estates, international estate planning, US and international tax planning and global compliance, and real estate. We specialize in coordinating compliance efforts with local counsel and tax professionals throughout the world.
