Our firm was founded in 1937 with the partnership of attorneys James R. Moore and Elias M. Romley. Curtis A. Jennings joined the firm as an associate in 1963, later becoming a named partner, and then of counsel, before passing away in October 2011. In 1981, William F. Haug joined the firm as a partner. Jack Cunningham joined the firm in 1977 and became a partner in 1982, and became a named partner in 1988, when the firm's name was changed to its current configuration.
