Kevin E. Helm is the owner of Helm & Associates, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Helm is a graduate from the University of Nevada, with a B.A. in 1985, and from the University of Arizona, College of Law, cum laude, in 1988. Mr. Helm is a member of Phi Sigma Alpha, Phi Alpha Delta, the Clark County and American Bar associations. Mr. Helm is licensed to practice law in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Texas.

Mr. Helm is also licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California; and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.

Mr. Helm is married and the father of four children and is very active in their lives.

Mr. Helm and his firm have the ability and experience to represent clients in both Federal and State Courts in the States of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Texas as well as the Ninth and Tenth United States Circuit Court of Appeals.

Helm and Associates has been the Corporate Counsel/Personal Counsel to a number of Construction and Construction Related entities including Design Professionals. Helm and Associates has performed legal services for these clients including defending these individuals and entities in lawsuits and as well as prosecuting lawsuits on their behalf.

Helm and Associates has handled in excess of seven hundred and fifty construction defect matters. Helm and Associates has tried to verdict the largest construction defect matter in Nevada and has defended clients in construction defect matters as well as complex civil litigation matters in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Utah and Texas. Helm and Associates has represented Developers, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Design Professionals, Vendors and Suppliers.

Helm and Associates has defended a wide variety of clients both individual and corporate in premises liability, personal injury, slip and fall as well as automobile accident claims for over thirty years.
