In addition, DDK counsels on the development of branded generic formulations and generic pharmaceutical formulations subject to Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDA) and assists with filings with the United States Food & Drug Administration (U.S. FDA), evaluates proposed formulations and method of treatment claims with respect to the U.S. FDA Orange Book listings; and drafts paragraph IV notice letters for ANDA filings.
