VOVAN & ASSOCIES as existed in its current form since 1987, but relies on a practice experience going back to 1970.
Conceived as a business "boutique" law firm with a strong focus on international activities, VOVAN & ASSOCIES has structured its activities :
in France : by setting up departments which are at the same time specialized, but allow for communication between them ;
abroad : by setting up offices based on a similar pattern,
by establishing partnerships with local firms sharing the same vision of their practice, or by using an important network of independent "partner firms" (lawyers and legal consultants), which was created over the years, allowing it to provide its clients with an immediate local assistance and a permanent follow-up.
Our firm's philosophy is to work in close relationship with our clients to understand and assess their goals and strategies, so as to provide them with legal and practical solutions best suited to their legal and economic environment, within a real partnership.
Besides, since 1992, VOVAN & ASSOCIES has set up an inter-professional economic interest grouping, GIE ESPACE CONSULTANTS ASSOCIES, so as to provide to companies a full service at every step of their development, and to perform legal, social, tax and financial audit missions.
