Salary & Benefits

Steptoe offers a competitive salary and composite benefits on par with other firms. It also provides its summer associated with an allowance for travel expenses.

The company has a policy, which interested candidates can request for, based upon which the incoming lawyers are reimbursed for household moving and travel expenses. Incoming lawyers just graduating from law school, who will be starting work shortly after completion of the bar exam, also receive a stipend to assist with bar review, living, and other expenses while preparing for the exam.
