New York City office of our client seeks mid-level technology transactions attorney with 3-7 years of law firm or in-house experience. The candidate will be working with partners in the global Technology Transactions Group, including teams based in other offices, and thereby gain diverse experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions and in all the legal areas of the practice.
