Durham office of our client seeks attorney with 1-3 years of practical civil litigation experience. The candidate maintains an active and substantial collections caseload. Handles files beginning from prior to the initiation of suit, through judgment, and then in the post-judgment execution phase. Interprets state and federal statutes, rulings and regulations impacting the firm's practice and advises operations as appropriate.
