Washington D.C. office seeks junior to mid-level communications regulatory attorney with 1+ years of experience. The candidate will focus primarily on wireless, telecommunications, cable and broadband-related issues. Will serve in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy before the FCC, NTIA, FTC, Congress, and other government agencies and counseling clients on legal, policy, commercial, and technology matters. Experience working on communications-related litigation or commercial matters is a plus. D.C. Bar membership or eligibility is preferred.
