Washington D.C. office seeks communications attorney with 4-5 years of radio and/or television experience. The candidate will be part of a large communications group and will participate in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, the preparation and prosecution of applications before the FCC, the drafting of pleadings for litigation before the FCC, and the counseling of clients on contractual and regulatory issues. Must have a Bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Should have experience in the involvement of transactions as well as regulatory proceedings before the FCC (including preparation of assignment and transfer of control applications). Should be a member or eligible to become a member of the District of Columbia Bar.

Washington D.C. office seeks telecommunications attorney having 2-4 years of telecommunications and litigation experience. Should preferably have a demonstrated interest in telecommunications law to work on a wide variety of wireline, wireless, and other telecom legal and policy issues.
