Duties

• Provide consulting advice to employers on employment-law compliance and best practices.
• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
• Manage and grow client relationships.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in employment law matters, including labor and employment litigation.
• Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Portable book of business is a plus.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Membership in good standing of the Michigan Bar and/or Ohio Bar.
