Duties

• Counsel clients on effective business practices.
• Defend clients against claims in courts and administrative agencies.
• Handle cases involving harassment, discrimination, and wage disputes.
• Represent clients in collective bargaining for both private and public sectors.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
• Strong legal research skills and training.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Professional communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
