Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Labor and Employment Partner or Senior Counsel to join its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have between eight to twenty years of employment litigation and counseling experience. A book of business is required for Partner candidates, while it is preferred but not mandatory for Senior Counsel candidates.

Duties

• Provide expert legal counsel in labor and employment matters.
• Manage and litigate complex employment cases.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years' experience in labor and employment law.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
