Duties

• Assist managing partner in trial proceedings.
• Draft and oppose various legal motions.
• Collaborate with experts to support case development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
• Trial experience required.
• Regular in-person attendance is mandatory.
