Duties

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  • Support due diligence efforts for clients.

Requirements

  • Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  • Licensed to practice law in the respective state, if applicable.
  • Strong time management and deadline management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Certifications

  • Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
