Duties

  • Engage in patent prosecution and litigation activities.
  • Manage and develop patent portfolios.
  • Conduct competitive landscape analyses and patentability assessments.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex legal matters.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of post-JD experience in patent prosecution and litigation.
  • Experience in chemistry, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors.
  • Admission to practice before the USPTO.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • PhD in Chemistry, with a preference for Organic Chemistry.

Certifications

  • Admission to practice before the USPTO.
