Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in executive compensation and employee benefits law, focusing on equity plans, executive retention packages, and compensation arrangements in mergers and acquisitions, particularly private equity transactions.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation.

  • Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.

Requirements

  • 3 years of corporate experience.
  • Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the state of Minnesota.
