Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced partner attorney with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its Downtown Los Angeles office. This role involves handling single plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class litigation. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely from any continental state, provided the candidate is licensed to practice in California.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of individual FEHA cases.
  • Counsel employers on compliance matters.
  • Engage in direct client interaction.
  • Take significant responsibility on complex legal matters.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in California.
  • Extensive experience in Labor & Employment Litigation.
  • Experience with FEHA cases preferred.
  • A portable book of business is welcome but not required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • California State Bar license.

Skills

  • Strong litigation skills.
  • Excellent client counseling abilities.
  • Ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
