Duties

• Conduct employment law compliance document and wage/hour audits.
• Draft and review employee handbooks.
• Defend employment law cases and manage litigation.
• Provide defense for school districts and public entities.
• Engage in class/PAGA inclusive matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of employment law experience.
• Experience in employment litigation and defense.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of public entity defense is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Member of the State Bar of California in good standing.
