Duties

  • Support the team in IRS and DOL audits and investigations.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
  • Experience with private-company ESOPs is beneficial but not required.
  • Commitment to a long-term career in employee benefits and executive compensation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Virginia or North Carolina Bar, or eligibility to become licensed.
