Duties

• Draft and negotiate Purchase and Sales Agreements.
• Close residential real estate loans under TRID.
• Review condominium documents as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Office products effectively.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• Experience with TRID compliance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license.
