Job Overview

Duties

• Engage in patent litigation with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Conduct and defend depositions effectively.
• Participate in trial proceedings and oral motion practice.
• Draft briefs and other legal documents with precision.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of patent litigation experience.
• Background in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Admission to the PA Bar required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
