Duties

• Handle sophisticated plaintiff-side employment cases from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Manage discovery and litigation strategy.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Work directly with clients and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred).
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
