Duties

  • Identify legal issues related to divorce, custody, and support.
  • Recommend appropriate next steps.
  • Document consultation findings and prepare follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for case onboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Illinois family law.
  • Use technology platforms for scheduling and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the Illinois bar or eligible for admission.
  • Prior experience in family law preferred.
  • Ability to conduct thorough client interviews and analyze complex fact patterns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Client-centered approach with high ethical standards.
